Some time ago I ‘complained’ about the explicit, male-orientated sex scenes on Game of Thrones. It seems I am not the only one who feels this way. It also seems that in the current running season these scenes have been reduced. In fact, I have read some comments on Facebook and such – by men of course – about the sudden lack of sex scenes (read explicit female nudity) in GoT. But today I found this article on vulture.com: A Plea for More Male Nudity on Game of Thrones, written by a man(!) – which makes me very happy
Btw, I like the word sausagefest!
Dear readers and viewers,
I just wanted to leave a short message that I am taking a little break from blogging until my baby has arrived. The end of the pregnancy is near and I feel the need to just be occupied with that and nothing else. Well, maybe my naked man at home
Anyway, don’t be disappointed, more naked men and articles will come in the future. You can continue sending submissions for the NMHW book contest, Lady Lu and I do check the mailbox and will pick a hottie when we spot one
The following photo is the first winning contribution for the NMHW competition!
The photographer, who is also the model, let himself be inspired by the theme “curves”. It is often said that the female body is more sexy and sensual than the male body because she has curves. We all know this to be an invalid argument, for men have very beautiful, erotic and yummy curves too. The contribution by CFNMGUY is therefore another wonderful addition to proof this point.
“I believe the Panton chair fits to the theme “curves”. It gives the image a “classic” look. The image has something relaxed about it and apart from me being completely naked, it also shows a bit of a submissive side…” – CFNMGUY
We have to admit, the photo does seem to be an invitation for some spanking
Congratulations, CFNMGUY! Send us more and enjoy the book!
Thanks to a Facebook post by Anja Koschemann, the woman behind the exclusive dildo label SelfDelve, I discovered that there is a new erotic magazine by women for women on the German market: EDEN – pure erotic. I immediately checked out its website and being impressed by the looks of it ordered the first, brand new issue. Today my copy was already waiting for me in the mailbox, accompanied by a personal message from one of the two ladies behind EDEN. Even though I had planned to lie on the couch all day and do nothing other than being very, very pregnant and watch movies I’ve seen at least ten times already, I could not resist and switched on my PC to share my thoughts on this varied magazine.
EDEN is a glossy, stylish looking magazine, obviously made with care and love. It is thick too, 110 pages to be exact, has lots of content and hardly any advertisement, making the price of €6,90 (excl. shipping costs) very reasonable. Unlike the German Feigenblatt Magazin, of which each issue is based on a single theme, EDEN offers articles dealing with the various aspects of eroticism in life for both couples and singles. So how about the naked men in this magazine? Oh yes, they’re there, but discreet. With that I mean there are no penises to be seen. There is only one picture where you can see one – with some imagination that is, thanks to the water splashing against the model’s body. What you do get, are muscular male models, showing chest, belly, back, arm, behind. The photography by Rick Day is a bit too gay for my taste, but that’s of course a personal opinion. The black & white images by photographer Nena Jägersberger definitely appeal more to me.
For whom is this magazine? It is certainly not a magazine for women who enjoy a bit more of a naughty, pornographic content. It is also not the right magazine for women who additionally desire to read about topics other than sexuality and eroticism. EDEN, in my opinion, is meant for women who want to discover or re-discover eroticism in their lives. It is perfect when you are looking for tips on how to look erotic early in the morning – although EDEN does emphasize that men like the slightly confused, hair all messed up and not quite awake look – or how to spoil your partner to bits, but it also suits women who’d like to know more about sex toys, where to buy erotic literature and sex guides or book an all inclusive erotic holiday where everything is allowed. The articles have enough background and depth to not give you the feeling you are reading the Cosmopolitan, which makes EDEN quite a different magazine indeed.
Naked Men, Happy Women says ‘thumbs up!’ and is looking forward to the December issue. Continue the good work, Monika and Silvia!
I am sorry, dear readers, but it is true. I am slacking with the ‘male body of the week’ posts. There are two reasons:
1. Surfing the net for images seems to get more and more risky when it comes to catching a virus. I’ve had a couple of them recently and since I am no expert, I want to be more careful.
2. I am so pregnant, it has been so hot in Vienna and therefore I am so lazy (main reason for slacking by the way, I admit it).
But today I will provide you once again with a very tasty male body. Hop on!
For all the German speaking readers – and viewers – of NMHW: there is a brand new erotic magazine for women by women on the market called EDEN Magazin. I have ordered my copy of their first issue today. Supposedly it will be quite different compared to Feigenblatt Magazin. Well, I am definitely excited!
Can’t wait for my review? You can order the first issue here.
Today my mailbox made my day. What was waiting for me in there: the latest issue of Filament Magazine and the very, very long awaited second issue of Candy Rain Magazine. I put both in my bag and went to work. As suspected it was quiet, so I was able to fully indulge myself in male nudity and smart reading
Filament’s new issue, the wet issue, is again wonderful. I have to say that men- and photography-wise it has immediately become my favourite of all the eight issues I possess. The photography by H. Morgan is breathtakingly hot and makes me want to make out with my partner right now… Mhh! Also wonderful are the cover guy, the man taking a shower and, and, and… All lovely male bodies!
Of course the reader is treated as usual with good articles to feed the brain. I particularly enjoyed the one about female pirates by Cornelia Grey, the Sex in Water article by Kitty Stryker and Samantha Fraser‘s “Modern Marriage: to have, to hold, to question”. Additionally, there are the steamy, erotic short stories by the three winners of the writer’s contest. True, I was disappointed that my submission was not among the winners. But that does not make me love Filament any less
. In fact, I decided to publish it here on my blog. Your feedback is more than welcome!
So what about Candy Rain Magazine?
I pre-ordered the second issue in April last year. Since nothing came, I’d started to fear I had been conned. But Momma D - the ‘cummandeer’ of the magazine – convinced me to be patient, so I waited… and finally… today I received it!
Candy Rain is an American magazine for ladies who love the D. And I tell you, there is a lot of D in there. In all sizes and all states. Real and fake. With cream, with bananas, with champagne.
D., D., and more D…
Candy Rain is simply a crazy mad magazine, very colourful, with funny comments, interviews and sexy stories like “La Professora” by Hunter London. There’s even Pac Man sex – for the nerdy ladies among us
.
It might all be a bit too much, but if you love cocks you should at least have one issue, for there’s definitely a D in it for every woman’s taste.
